Jaime has been a Physical Therapist for over 30 years since graduating from the University of Southern California with a MS in Physical Therapy. She has worked primarily with orthopedic patients and uses muscle energy and joint mobilization techniques to improve alignment of the neck, back and pelvic girdle. She is a certified rehab mat pilates instructor.

More recently, Jaime completed specialized training in treating clients with lymphedema and is a Certified Lymphedema Therapist (CLT). She has training in breast cancer rehab and is excited to be a part of the newly formed Trails Recreation Center “Journey to Wellness” program for cancer patients and survivors. These techniques can also help those with post injury or surgical edema, chronic swelling, sinus congestion and headaches.

Additional innovative training includes Primal Reflex Release Technique (PRRT) as well as Associative Awareness Technique (AAT). These are gentle techniques that resolve symptoms, often secondary to stress and overactive protective reflexes, which are controlled by the autonomic nervous system.

Clients with dizziness, balance and vestibular problems as well as women’s health issues such as urge and stress incontinence have also benefited from her treatments.

Jaime is married to Mitch, they have 3 grown children and enjoy being grandparents. She enjoys being a part of a weekly bible study and Moms in Prayer group and loves playing tennis in our great Colorado sunshine!
