Lisa has been an orthopedic and sports physical therapist for over 30 years. She graduated from the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center and has specialized in the assessment and rehabilitation of movement impairments. Lisa uses her skills in manual therapy and exercise to restore dysfunctional movement patterns which can lead to pain, injury and reduced athletic performance. As a former collegiate tennis player, Lisa has a keen understanding of the physical and mental aspects of competition, training and rehabilitation of athletic injuries. Lisa is certified in Functional Dry Needling (FDN), the Functional Movement Screen (FMS), the Selective Functional Movement Assessment (SFMA) and Sound Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (SASTM). She also is a Certified Sports and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and a Certified Hardstyle Kettlebell instructor (HKC). Lisa is married with two children and is an avid cyclist and skier.
